1. HOW DO I PAY?

Our online store currently accepts payment via Paypal, meaning you can pay with your debit or credit card.

For bank deposits, kindly use the following instructions:

Step 1: Send a screenshot of your shopping cart to                                                                        fritzie@thehappyprojectph.com. 

Step 2: Deposit your payment to the following bank accounts:

             BDO Savings: 008600012525

             BPI Savings: 3009151159

Step 3: Send a copy of your deposit slip to fritzie@thehappyprojectph.com

Step 4: Once we've received your complete payment, we'll start to process your orders. 

Unpaid orders within 24 hours of order confirmation will be considered as cancelled. 

2. DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS? 

THE HAPPY PROJECT does NOT accept refunds for any reason. 

3. DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?

6. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS? 

ONCE YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED YOUR ORDERS, WE WILL BE SENDING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, WHICH YOU CAN ACCESS VIA WWW.XEND.COM.PH, OUR COURIER PARTNER
